About Spark Arts
Spark Arts began in 2011 when the creative/married duo of Nathan Hartswick and Natalie Miller turned a small space in the South End of Burlington into a performing arts education studio on their wedding day.
Since then, they've made it their mission to offer high-quality, affordable classes in comedy, theater and music to students of all ages.
Nathan and Natalie have also spent 6 years building a successful comedy booking agency, producing standup and improv shows throughout the state of Vermont.
In 2015, they'll be opening a physical venue called Vermont Comedy Club. In addition to offering shows five nights per week, they'll be merging Spark Arts' popular comedy education offerings into the club. (Spark Arts in the South End will continue to serve as a community space for music and theater education.)
Stay tuned for the next exciting chapter of this story - it's going to be a wild ride!
