Spark Artists: Jonathan Flom

Jonathan Flom talks about directing for musical theater and straight plays, teaching at Shenandoah Conservatory, and gives his advice to young performers.

Jonathan Flom taught and directed briefly in Vermont before a larger school snapped him up, and it was during that time that we shared the stage with him in a production of a small 4-person musical called "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change." (This is where Nathan & Natalie met for the first time!)

Jonathan recently had a book published called Get the Callback. In this podcast, we ask him about his early days as an actor, his development as a director and teacher, and what young performers should be doing to land that next big gig. Take a listen!
